THE BARN
The Wedding Hall here at Westers Family Winery is styled after a classic New-England barn that sits overlooking a 4 acre pond and displaying a sleek black exterior set against shades of natural green for a timeless look. Originally built in 2000, The Barn was renovated in 2016 using the remnants of an old Michigan prairie barn. Its interior incorporates the rustic elements of hand hewn beams and well aged barn-wood; while bright white walls, modern amenities, and an all glass backdrop aid in a balance with elegance.
CEREMONIES
We host 3 outdoor ceremony locations offering a variety of aspects. Placed just outside our back doors, The Courtyard is detailed in clean lines and lush flower beds, perfect for an intimate garden wedding. Our lower Lawn has a grand feel, boasting a spacious yard for large ceremonies, a long aisle approach, and overlooking gorgeous views of the water and the property beyond. Set on a small peninsula directly over the water, our Willow Tree ceremony is perfect for those desiring a more intimate feeling gathered underneath a canopy of soft wispy vines.
OUR PROPERTY
Our property rests on 10 acres of Michigan countryside, perfect for a serene and private gathering place that incorporates the beauty of the outdoors. Spacious rolling landscape, waterfront views and woodland surrounds are reflective of the English country garden park. While well manicured lawns and brimming gardens illuminate elegance; rustic features and natural borders are kept intact to preserve a quaint European charm.
